Dr. Shakti Upadhyay

With more than four decades spanning biomedical research, biotechnology and translational science, Dr. Shakti Upadhyay brings experience across immunology, cell biology and life sciences. He received his PhD from the University of Paris, followed by postdoctoral research experience at UCLA and Harvard Medical School, and subsequently held scientific and leadership positions at the National Institute of Immunology and across the biotechnology and life-sciences industry. Dr. Upadhyay brings decades of experience spanning immunology, cell biology, biotechnology and translational research.
After decades in biomedical science, Dr. Upadhyay founded Trisamya with a simple ambition: to translate the emerging science of bioenergetics and photomedicine into technologies capable of improving human health and wellbeing.
